Question

Calendly trigger is only showing my event, not team events

I’m trying to set up a zap triggered by a new Calendly event. When assigning “Select value for Event Type” only my personal Calendly event is showing, not the team events I want to use as triggers. I’m an admin in Calendly and can view all the events in my Calendly account.

Hi @jodiew9,

Welcome to the Community.

The Calendly-Zapier integration only supports individual accounts, so Zapier can't access team events even if you're an admin. To work around this, you can have each team member set up their own Zap with their individual Calendly account or use Calendly's webhook feature to send event data to Zapier via the Webhooks by Zapier app. The webhook method offers more flexibility but requires some technical setup.

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.

Hi @jodiew9 👋

Not sure if you’ve already got this sorted, but I just came across this and wanted to clarify that if you’re connecting a Calendly account with either  Owner and Admin permissions, that will allow the Zap to trigger on events for all users. So, since your account is an admin, it should be able to trigger for those team events as well.

If you leave the Event Type field value empty, that should allow it to trigger for all event types. Then, if desired, you could use a Filter step to limit the Zap to only continue for specific types of events.

Can you give that a try and let me know if it does the trick?
