Customer leads are no longer going from Calendly to SynkedUP and I can't figure out how to fix it. I am not seeing any error message on my end, but when customers fill out a form on Calendly, it is no longer populating in SynkedUP as it usually does.

I have tried contacting someone but there is no way to get support and this is detrimental to our business. I need this to be resolved ASAP.

You need a Calendly paid plan to use Calendly in Zaps.

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

We have a paid plan and it was working until yesterday. We added a few questions to a customer form and now it won’t work. This is what it looks like on my end. I ran a test and it said it was sent but we can’t see it in SynkedUP.

Did you check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you trace the data flow and troubleshoot?

Does SynkedUP return an ID that you can use to find the record in the SynkedUP app?

 


When I ran tests it says they were successful, but still, when someone uses Calendly to book a consultation, it isn’t populating in SynkedUP. I am receiving emails that people are booking consultations, but it is not being reflected in SynkedUP as it always has.

In your Zap Runs, check the DATA IN/OUT tabs to trace the data flow between steps.

Help us have more context by posting screenshots that show the returned data from these:

  • Step 1 > DATA OUT
  • Step 2 > DATA IN
  • Step 2 > DATA OUT
  • Step 2 > ‘Action’ section which shows how your fields are configured so we can see the field types and field descriptions

 

 


I am not having success with this. Is there any way to reach someone for support over the phone? This function has been down since yesterday and is detrimental to our business

If the Zap is triggering as expected, then the issue may be with the SynkedUp Zap step.
