Calendly bookings not triggering Lead Connector wait steps

Hey there guys, I am trying to make it so that when a person books on Calendly, it goes through an appointment followup reminder sequence that I already have set up in Lead Connector. The problem I am having is that the lead information uploads fine but it skips on my “Wait” Steps in Calendly. How can I fix this?
