Having issues pulling data from Bullhorn hen a new Connection is made. Zapier only pulls up the ID. No other information is available to use. 

Has anyone had success pulling full data from Bullhorn when a new entity is either created or edited?

I am having these same issues. It is recognizing the fields but not the data in the fields.

Hi @lrattigan - are you using the “New Candidate" Trigger? If so, the team has identified a bug that is preventing particular data from being pulled from Bullhorn. 

Let us know if that’s the case and I’ll add you to the list of impacted users along with updating this thread when the bug is squashed!


We are having challenges with both the “New Lead” and the New Opportunity” Triggers.  Is there an ETA on when this Bug will be resolved?

I’m sorry for the frustration that this bug is causing. We’re doing our best to work with the Bullhorn team (who own and maintain the integration) to get this resolved as soon as possible.

In situations like this, we sometimes find it helpful if you also reach out to Bullhorn directly as it’ll help raise their awareness of the issue and that it's impacting their users.
