Broken GET /User SCIM endpoint

I am doing automation with a remote organization that uses zapier. Part of the automation is the process of getting the users with this API call: 

The issue here is that when I’m testing this call on postman, the actual users array contains 27 users, but the endpoint returns 33 total results:
 

I’d like to provide some additional information and clarification.

I'm currently testing the SCIM API, specifically the GET /Users endpoint. The issue I'm encountering is that the totalResults value in the response is incorrect. For example, my account has 160 users, but the API call returns totalResults: 280.

It seems like there may be an issue with the API. All the users returned are active, and when I attempt to retrieve inactive users, the API doesn't return any—suggesting that 160 is the actual user count.

Could you look into this?
