Branding issues with magic link emails and login page interface

Hi,

 

We have created an Interface that has a form and a login page as well.

 

We have uploaded our logo and favicon but the favicon we see in the login page is the one of Zapier.

 

Additionally, we don’t see our logo in the login page but just in the Form page, however we can see the favicon here.

 

What is more, we noticed that when the user receives the email with the magic link, everything is branded with Zapier and not our logo.

 

So, how can we fix these issues?

Unfortunately the issue has not been solved and what is even more the entire interface and zap now is not working.

 

This happened on a Saturday morning and of course things are always super slow in the weekends.

 

We are waiting for all issues to be resolved by support.

Sorry to hear you're running into issues, especially over the weekend when timing is tricky. While waiting for support, check Zapier's status page for any outages, and review any recent changes to your Zaps or account that might've caused the issue. Try using incognito mode or another browser, and clear your cache and cookies to rule out interface glitches. If possible, access Zapier from a different device or network. Since you've contacted support, please follow up if you haven't heard back within the usual response window.
