Hi @Joshua S

Help us have more info by posting these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode
  • the encountered error

Hey @Joshua S Check that all required fields in KVCore are correctly mapped in your Zap. Most “Failed to create a contact” errors happen when a required field is missing or the data format doesn’t match what KVCore expects. Re-test after confirming the mappings.

Hey @Joshua S,

Please post screenshots of Data In, Data Out as well as how each Zap step is configured for us to have more context.

Did you make sure all the required fields are added in? It often happens when certain input data it expects is not there or formatted in the wrong way

Hi there @Joshua S 👋

Does the error message also say The app returned "Invalid Request"?

If it does, then it might be that you’re running into the same bug that came up over here:

If that’s the case let me know and I’ll get you added to the list of people being affected by that bug. If the error doesn’t say anything about an “invalid request” can you share a quick screenshot showing the full error message you’re getting? That’ll help to give us a bit more context on what the issue might be.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
