I am building out Zap using Bland AI to make a call to a customer but I want the voice to sound like a female rather than a male, it looks like there is a way to do this in the Zap but the voice change does not seem to be working because when I test it, the voice stays the standard male voice.

You may have to try reaching out to Bland AI for help troubleshooting their Zap app integration as most Zap app integrations are created and managed by the app developer using the Zapier Developer Platform.

Thanks for the reply JammerS, I talked with Bland AI team and it sounds like it may be an issue with the integration which requires an update. I reached out for a request on timing but haven’t heard back yet, any ideas on how to remedy within Zapier or do I need to wait for the update?
