Base44 app configuration options not displaying in Zapier
The Base44 app is not working for me, neither in zaps or in agents. (I’ve had it working before.) The problem seems to be that it does not fetch the configuration options, and that the configuration tools is missing (see screenshot from zap where the step between Setup and Test is missing).
I have tried to disconnect and reconnect the app with new API key but this does not solve the problem. Thankful for any advice.

Experiencing the Same Base44 Integration Issues - No Response from Either Support Team
I'm experiencing the exact same problem described in this thread. The Base44 app integration is completely broken - configuration options aren't displaying, and the setup step is missing entirely between Setup and Test.
My situation:
Base44 integration was working previously, but now completely non-functional
Getting "Task timed out after 30.00 seconds" errors when it does attempt to connect
Manual connections consistently return 404 errors
Tried disconnecting/reconnecting with new API keys - no improvement
The issue occurs regardless of which triggers or actions I use
Support Experience: I've reached out to both Zapier support AND Base44 support about this critical issue, but I'm getting extremely slow responses (or no responses at all). This is severely impacting my business operations as my workflows are completely dependent on this integration.
Has anyone found a workaround or solution? The lack of responsiveness from both support teams is really concerning, especially for what seems to be a widespread integration failure.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as this is blocking essential business processes.

Hi @Sanna L, I just created a trial account to check this out, and I do see the Configure tab in the Create Entity action:
Are you on the latest version of the Zapier integration? I’m wondering if they’ve fixed this but you just need to update. If you see a version number in parentheses after Base44, that would mean you’re not on the latest version. In that case, all you have to do is Change App, and then reselect Base44.
It’s the last version, and I’m still keeping trying. No help from Zapier or Base44 on this.
Does the API key you’re using still have the ui.config scope and is it tied to the same integration version as before??
I’ve tried different API’s and renewd them many times, nothing helped. Still no comment from either Base44 nor Zapier

@Sanna L, I did some checking and saw you reached out to our Support team and they submitted a bug report to the developers of the Base44 app to look into. That bug report doesn’t appear to have been resolved yet, and I can’t provide any sort of estimate as to when their developers will be able to get it fixed. But, I’ve added @Meretz Square Venue to it as well so you’ll both definitely get an email notification from us as soon as it’s been sorted.
That said, since it appears to be loading the Configure section for DennisWF, I’m wondering if there might be some sort of plan-related limit causing issues here. Sometimes apps will limit use of their app integration with Zapier to folks on certain plans. Since DennisWF signed up for a trial account with Base44, it could be that the trial account gives access to higher plan features which might be required. 🤔
Can you both confirm which Base44 plan you’re currently on?

I’m on Builder plan.
I’ve got a response from Base44 support that is strange: they say there are no Base44-app for Zapier and advised me to use Webhooks. However that track ran into the same issue as the “Base44 Zapier App” with the same or a similar issue (method not allowed for POST requests, suspecting that calls are not routed correctly to the function) - so now they’re back to investigating again.
Thanks for confirming the plan you’re on @Sanna L and sorry for the delay in my reply here. Hmm, as you’re on their Builder plan then it might not be an issue with the plan features, though I just checked Base44’s pricing page and can’t see anything like “API use” or “Zapier integration” listed under specific plans to be able to confirm for sure.
That said, if there’s issues with making a POST request to their API as well then there may be something going on their end that’s causing some trouble.
I’ll be sure to keep an eye on the bug report and follow up here if I see any updates on it, but please do keep us posted on what their Support team finds after investigating further.
