Here is what i am fighting with:

authentication failed: "The WooCommerce Zapier plugin is missing or WordPress pretty permalinks may not be configured correctly. File Not Found" response received. HTTP status: "404" on https://digitaldenturestudio.com.

 

Tested everything.

Hi there @Elam,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Here's what we can do to resolve this issue:

  1. Please ensure that the WooCommerce Zapier plugin is installed and activated in your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Check your WordPress permalinks settings. You can do this by logging into your WordPress admin area and going to 'Settings' > 'Permalinks'. Make sure any option other than 'Plain' is selected.
  3. If you have shown pretty permalinks, and have downloaded the plugin, make sure you also activated the license in Woocomerce. How to check if the license is active here - https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-zapier/#install-or-update-issues
  4. Ensure you are connected to a live website and not a temporary launch site. 

Once these steps have been completed, please try reconnecting WooCommerce to Zapier.
