For us to have more info, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode along with screenshots of specific examples showing the encountered issue.

How things are going on this, were you able to get to the bottom of what’s causing the file names to be changed and extensions removed?
If yes, we’d love it if you could take a few minutes to share details of what the solution was? This would greatly help others in the Community that may be running into the same issue with JotForm so we’d really appreciate it.
If no, can you please share some screenshots as Troy mentioned? We don’t have access to your Zap so this’ll help us to get a better idea of the current setup and what might be causing this issue. Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing.
