Api retrieve data to spreadsheet

I’ve created a webhook(Api) trigger and in created loop in actions and spreadsheet. I have tested successfully but after publishing the zap is not running. Give me some solution

Check your Zap Runs history for activity and errors: https://zapier.com/app/history/

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode showing the field mappings.
