We are new to Zapier integration with Amazon Seller Central.  We offer a customizable product and need to write that data to a Google sheet. However, when we connect to Amazon, the order details come through but with no data on the customization fields.    

Is there a way, using Zapier, or any other solution to get that data for each item purchased in an order into a spreadsheet?

We just don’t see that data from the connect with Amazon Seller Central in the Zap configuration.

Custom fields are not supported.

 

You’d likely have to use an API request to find the Order to get more details.

No.  I think there is a bigger issue in that Amazon doesn’t provide that customization data readily unless you are logged in.

Thanks for the update here.

I took a look at this and it seems like we have a feature request to support customization fields in the Amazon Seller Central app in Zapier. I have added you to the feature request. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track interest in this feature being implemented
  • Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future

While I don't have an ETA on when this feature might be implemented, we will notify you via email if it is!
