AI by Zapier 500 Error inside Editor


We’re experiencing 500 errors when attempting to setup new zaps or update existing zaps with an AI by Zapier action. When testing the AI action, it produces a 500 error. I’ve tested this across 4 different Zapier accounts and 4 different zaps with different parameters. The results are the same. Is this service down right now?

I’ve moved your post to the Troubleshooting category since it’s more related to errors occurring in a Zap rather than error with Zapier’s AI Actions API. This way, it’ll be easier for others running into that error in their Zaps to find. 

I can see that you also reached out to our Support Team and they identified that the error is being caused by a bug. The team is working on a fix, but I can’t confirm when it will be resolved by. We’ll be in touch as soon as a fix is rolled out, and I’ll also follow up here with any updates or workarounds I come across in the meantime.
