Question

Acuity Scheduling date/time isn't subtracting five minutes before the appointment

I am trying to set up a Formatter by Zapier step to take a date/time from Acuity Scheduling and subtract 5 minutes from that time.

I have Event set to “Date/ Time”

I have Transform set to “Add/Subtract Time” with an input value set to “Time Of Appointment”

Expression is set to “-5 minutes”

To Format is set to “MMMM DD YYYY HH:mm:ss”

From Format is set to “MMMM DD YYYY HH:mm:ss”

but when I test, the output value is the exact time as the appointment rather than 5 minutes before the appointment.

What am I doing wrong?
