Activity Matching Filter from Pipedrive not showing up

Brian O'Donnell

My Trigger app is Pipedrive
My event is Activity Matching Filter.

I have created a certain filter in my Pipedrive account. Where every Person/Organization shows up if it has an email activity scheduled.

When I proceed to The trigger and need to select a “Filter ID” nothing is showing up. Nor a custom ID Filter shows up.

I have the action part covered.

Which is to send an email to every person/organization with the new email activity.

What steps should I do in order to select filter ID from my Pipedrive.

Hi @Brian O'Donnell

Good question.

Try using the [Refresh Fields] button in the Zap action config section.

You may need to change the type of Pipedrive Filter to be public instead of private, depending on which Pipedrive account is connected to Zapier.

Can you provide screenshots?

Yes perfect, I needed to change it to public.

I then received this.

Have you ever seen this?

@Brian O'Donnell

My Gmail Account Can't Send Emails Anymore

To prevent abuse, Gmail has different sending limits for trial and non-trial accounts.
Gmail will also prevent you from sending email if enough spam complaints are triggered based on the email you send.

If you are sending automated, transactional emails of any volume, we highly suggest you switch to a dedicated transactional email provider like Mandrill, Mailgun, or Sendgrid.
