I am trying to add a tag to a contact in ActiveCampaign when they pay for my program through Stripe. I have tried using the new customer trigger as well as the purchase trigger. I am getting the same error for both:
Invalid value for query parameter contactTag.contact
I’ve tried adding tags in both of the places too (existing tags, and tags), but I get an error every time.
I have also tried to start a new zap, using a different test, and getting the same error. I checked and both of the test contacts are 100% already contacts inside of Activecampaign (they have to be b/c of my workflow)
Any help is appreciated!
