Hello, I'm new to using Zapier.
I aim to develop a social media brand and am looking to automate various tasks at a minimal cost.

Here are some concepts I'm considering:

  • Auto-posting on multiple social media platforms: I'm thinking of using a Google Sheet as a content database (including video URLs, captions, etc.) to schedule and post my videos across different channels.

  • Planning to post twice daily.

Can anyone assist or guide me through this process, or recommend any Zapier courses specifically for social media management?

Which social media platforms are you trying to use? (names)

Zap apps can be searched here: https://zapier.com/apps

e.g. All the apps available from Meta: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/facebook

Each Zap app has:

  • available triggers/actions
  • help links

 

I’d recommend using Airtable or Zapier Tables instead of GSheets.
