HI Everyone,

 

I am getting an error message 400 when trying to pull from a glide excel page into convert kit to start an email sequence.

 

Essentially I cannot figure out how to pull from the correct column “name” / “email”

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Could you share some more information about your Zap? What trigger/actions are you using to get the information from excel?

If you could include a screenshot of that step, that would be super helpful. Don’t forget to remove or obscure any personal or private information in any screenshot you share in the community (eg full name, email address, etc).
