Slack messages not sent automatically when Trello card is created.

I set up 2 similar zapiers (1 step) that send a slack message whenever a trello card is created in a list in a board. Testing went well but when I published and tried adding a Trello card, it did not work (even after 15 mins). Worked if I push the button “Run zap” manually, not automatically

Hi @mayvees17,

I did some digging into this, and it seems like this is a known bug where there’s a 30-minute delay with the Trello “New Card” trigger. Our team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix. I've added your email address as another affected user. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track and prioritize fixes
  • Allows us to notify you via email if/when this is fixed

Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA, but I’ve added you to the list of users affected by this issue so we can let you know as soon as we have any updates.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hi @mayvees17

Good question.

To help us have more context, please post detailed screenshots with how each of your Zap steps are configured.

Gosh I finally see it running, but after 33 mins. How could this happen? I remember Zapier’s checking time is up to 15 mins?
