I’m new here but I have to ask, what is the deal with getting three replies from people who clearly haven’t read my question at all. If I
If my question is about what has happened after using 2 tasks, why do 2 replies both tell me about Zaps with 3 steps or more, while another just links to a Help page that isn’t responsive to my question either.
Are these bots run by Zapier to make it look like these forums are actually helpful? Or just people boosting their answer-count? I’m not being hostile - I’m genuinely curious whether it is worth spending any time seeking answers here?

There’s no Zapier bots here! Definitely odd that you’re seeing a message about needing to upgrade despite there only being 2 tasks shown in the usage. Did you happen to delete any Zap runs or Zaps recently? Tasks from deleted Zap runs and Zaps will still be counted towards your overall task usage so it could just be that we’re not surfacing the tasks from the deleted runs/Zaps in that graph. 🤔
I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team here to have them confirm whether that’s definitely the case.
