Hi, I'm experiencing an issue with FB Lead Ads. All my Zaps involved with FB are having problems: 

 

Error while hydrating data from Facebook Lead Ads: The app returned "Unsupported get request. Object with ID '1XXXXXXXXXXXXXX' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API docum"

I don’t think this is a permission/setting issue.

Anyway I’ve tried to reconnect and test connection. Test was successful.

But the issue whit my Zaps is still here.

Ensure the Facebook account linked to Zapier has admin access to the page and lead forms. Try reauthorizing the Facebook connection in Zapier, double-check the object ID, and confirm the page and forms are active. Also, check the Facebook Platform Status for any API issues. If you've recently made changes, update your Zap accordingly—or contact Facebook Support if the problem persists.

We are having the same issue. We have some Leads going through and others failing with the same reason. From the same page. It can’t be a permission issue when more than half of them are arriving correctly.


We now replayed them all without changing anything and they worked

Unfortunately the issue is still there. Also replaying the errored runs doesn`t work for me. I am seeing the issue with all lead ads zaps we have currently live for our clients.
It is definitely not a permission issue but a bug from Zapier / Meta. Can you please increase the importance of this ticket / fix (we have already reached out to support)?

Thanks for sticking with me while I looked into this. It appears you might be running into a bug where the error comes up for an error while hydrating data. This should not be happening. 
 
I’ve confirmed that this matches an existing issue reported by other users so I’ll let our engineering team know you’ve experienced this as well. There is not currently a workaround for this issue.
 
Here’s what’s happening next:

  1. Issue Logging: I have logged your report in our internal issue tracking system and added your email to the notification list for this issue.
  2. Timing: Our development team prioritizes these types of reports based on overall impact. We try to unblock issues as soon as we can, however at the moment we can’t provide an exact timeline as to when this will be resolved.

Keeping You in the Loop:

  • Email Updates: We'll send you an email as soon as there's a fix or identified workaround. This will include any steps you might need to take on your end, such as updating your Zap.

 
While I know this isn’t ideal, rest assured our goal is to get this resolved as soon as possible. Your feedback is really important to us, and it helps us make things better for everyone.

Is this happening with all pages or just one?

Check if those accounts still have permissions in business integrations


Yes, they do. This is a Zapier bug, not a permission issue

Experiencing the same, all permissions correct and unchanged on FB. Definitely a Zapier bug.

I hope they’ll fix it soon, ‘cause it’s now almost two weeks we’re facing this issue.


  1. Go to Facebook Business SettingsBusiness Integrations
    → Remove & re-add Zapier, giving full permissions.

  2. In Zapier, remove the FB connection and reconnect it.

  3. Re-select your Page and Lead Form in the Zap (don’t use old cached data).

  4. Make sure the form still exists and you're an admin on the page.

Already tried that and it’s not working.

Anyway, I hope Zapier solves the issue without the need to reconfigure all zaps, since we manage a lot of zaps for many customers and it would not be an option to reconfigure them all.

Hey! This error means Zapier can’t access your Facebook Lead Ads. Check your Facebook permissions and reconnect your account. If it keeps happening, Facebook might have changed something.

I’m so sorry to see so many of you being affected by this issue. As ​@Troy Tessalone and ​@GiuliaFD mentioned these “Error while hydrating data from Facebook Lead Ads: The app returned “Unsupported get request” errors are tied to an ongoing incident that’s still being worked on.

We’ve got a bug report that’s tracking everyone impacted, and I’ve made sure anyone our Support team hasn’t already added is now included there. While we can’t provide a specific timeline for resolution, we’ll email you all as soon as there’s an update.
