Troubleshooting Webflow form submissions not appearing in Klaviyo

I’ve got 4x webflow forms, all connected to 4 zaps that push into Klaviyo. 3x of the forms are just email addresses and 1x is a contact form. Some are in components, others are not.

Testing the apps in Zapier show that all the forms work - they’re pulling in recent submissions and they get pushed into Klaviyo at the end of the testing process. But after they publish, none of the data is making it into the Klaviyo Profiles or the targeted List.

The only reason I’ve become aware is that Webflow sends me a notification that there’s been a new form entry, but when I check Klaviyo, there is nothing there.

These were setup within the last week, so all the latest API’s are in use. Screenshots of the flow below.

Hi @Hiredgoon

Check your Zap Runs history for activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/

The Zap says it was successful, but the subscriber wasn't added to the list

If your list is set to use double opt-in in Klaviyo, new subscribers won't be added to the list right away, but will receive a confirmation email.
Once the person confirms that they want to opt-in, they will then appear on the list.

Thanks @Troy Tessalone . I have reviewed the Klaviyo integration docs and not found anything that relates to my issue. My Klaviyo account is set to “Single opt-in” so the data should be going straight in.

My Zap is not triggering anymore

Depending on your Webflow plan, there's a limit to the number of webhook requests.
If you reach this limit, the Zap will no longer be triggered.
Check your plan at Webflow for details.
