Question

Failed to create a document in Google Docs. No options are available.

Hi everyone, 

I have a similar issue with the other guy that posted this 4 years ago.
I’m facing an issue with creating a document from a Google Docs Template.
Zapier doesn’t find my template.

I could browse the sub folder where it is located but when i try to select the document under Template Document, i get a “No options are available.” error
But the file is there when i check on GDrive (see screenshot below)

Troubleshooting steps I’ve done:
1. Check the location of the file is correct
2. Use Custom and add the ID of the template in the field
3. Add search step to find the file
4. Clear cache/reconnect Zapier account
 

Btw, folder location is 7 sub folders deep, so not sure if that’s the issue.
2 marketing sales > 2 sales > 1 Associate > 1 template > 1 client file > 3 offer > 1 offer > 1 offer and LOI template > Template Letter of Intent
