Updating existing Zendesk tickets from Discord using Zapier

Wondering if anyone out there has been able to update Zendesk tickets from Discord via Zapier.  I have been able to create new tickets from dsicord messages, and I can reply via Zendesk to Discord, but when I reply to an existing message in Discord, it always creates a new ticket and does not update the existing ticket.  I cannot seem to get the conditions setup correctly to push the update through to an existing Zendesk ticket.  if anyone has been able to get this to work, I would appreciate the assistance.  Thanks

To update an existing Zendesk ticket via Zapier instead of creating a new one, ensure that the Discord message includes a unique identifier, such as the Zendesk ticket ID. Set up a Zap with 'New Message' in Discord as the trigger and 'Update Ticket' in Zendesk as the action. Correctly map the Discord message to the corresponding Zendesk field so Zapier can locate and update the correct ticket.
