Hi @Saravanan Thirunavukkarasu

Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing how your Zap step is configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Attached the screenshot for the reference

@Saravanan Thirunavukkarasu

Try testing Zap step 3 again before testing the GDrive Zap step.

Hi @Troy Tessalone
Thanks for your update.

I have tested the step, and it’s returned the data properly. (File type is pdf)

I have tested the same step for the Email action event but still facing the same error

Thanks,
Saravanan T

Hi @Saravanan Thirunavukkarasu,

We apologize for the inconvenience.

The error in your Zap suggests that the webhook isn’t sending data correctly, causing the email action to fail. To troubleshoot, check that your webhook is properly set up and sending the expected data. Ensure that your email step correctly maps the webhook data, especially if attaching a PDF. Confirm that the file URL is valid and accessible. Use Zapier’s ‘Test this step’ feature to pinpoint the issue. If problems persist, contacting Zapier Support may be the best option.
