Hey,

I need help here: For some reason not all my instagram accounts are listed in the IG for Business module.

I followed all instructions that I found on previous posts on this topic, still no success. All accounts are set on business and linked to a FB page. Not sure what else I can try.

Any help is highly appreciated.

I did everything, i have 30 business accounts.

I tried in another facebook account and its the same issue.

Thanks

Hi @Nelsaum ,

I’ve confirmed that this matches an existing issue reported by other users where the accounts don’t populate the dropdown. I’ll let our engineering team know you’ve experienced this as well.

Here’s what’s happening next:

  1. Issue Logging: I have logged your report in our internal issue tracking system and added your email to the notification list for this issue.
  2. Timing: Our development team prioritizes these types of reports based on their overall impact. We try to unblock issues as soon as we can, but at the moment, we can’t provide an exact timeline for when they will be resolved.

Keeping You in the Loop:

  • Email Updates: We'll email you as soon as we identify a fix or workaround. This will include any steps you might need to take on your end, such as updating your Zap.

We have the following workaround that has fixed most customers issue.

  • Click on View if Instagram isn't connected. If it is connected, disconnect it and then click view.

  • Reconnect the Instagram account

  • Create a new connection to the Instagram for Business app in Zapier to see if you now get your account list.

Hi @Nelsaum,

Here is another potential workaround for this issue.

-Log in to your Instagram account.

-Click Profile in the menu on the left.

-Click Edit Profile at the top, next to your Instagram profile picture.

-Under the Settings heading on the left, click See more in Accounts Centre.

-Select your intended Instagram profile.

-In the URL, your Instagram Business Account ID will be displayed after /profiles in a numerical format. For example: https://accountscenter.instagram.com/profiles/[123456789123456]/?theme=dark Copy the ID 123456789123456 and insert it into your trigger step as a custom value as seen below.

I hope this helps. We’ll be looking forward for your response.
