Issue with Linkedin Event Integration

Our LI Event Registrant processing is running into issues. The Linkedin Contact Email value is empty. We have even checked this with a Table instance inbetween.

When looking at the in-data on the LinkedIn trigger - the email field is now in capital letters. For the mapping on the action side it is not.

Anyone have the same issues? We haven’t changed anything on the Zaps - it just stopped giving us the email - which causes an error while integrating in our systems (as the email is obligatory!).


Update:
I just created a new Zap and tried to push the data into a simple table - for the email field it returns the following.

I checked all our Zaps - and it seems that the issue is already existant since October. I just wasn’t aware of - as our API had returned a shadowed success message.

Help us have more context by posting screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

A possible solution is to use custom pill mapping:
