Clio to OpenPhone contact zap not retrieving data

New to Zapier and trying to figure out how to get a preformatted zap to send my new contacts on Clio.com to Open Phone. Currently when I test, Zapier is saying data is being sent to Open Phone from Clio but no new contacts are being generated.

 

Does anyone with some experience have advice on how to successfully import new contacts?

Help us have more info by posting screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings.

 

Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: Clio - New Contact
  2. Action: OpenPhone - Create or Update Contact
