Webflow: unable to load test record - 'no submission found'

Similar Problem for me.

Using the new Webflow Trigger, I’m having problems pulling in test submissions into Zapier. Always showing “No submission found”, even if I have just added a new submission to a recently published site.

Good news—I’ve just seen that the bug has been resolved by the Webflow team, so things should be functioning correctly now. 😁🎉

Thanks for everyone’s patience here. Before I close this thread to further comments, can someone here run a quick test of an affected Zap to double-check from your end that things are indeed working as expected? 🙏

Can confirm I am also having the same issue:

Webflow in Zapier has been updated to the newest one called “Webflow” from “Webflow 1.1”

The forms pull in fine but the submissions (ie. Form Submissions) are NOT showing which is very frustrating:

 



What is going on here Zapier? Will this be fixed soon. 

Can you replicate the issue? - This was actually working fine a couple of days ago.
 


Having the same problem, no submissions found anymore after the update. I haven’t changed anything in Webflow’s form settings.

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please try these for me?

  1. Reconnect your Webflow account here:

  2. Reselect your “Site” and “Form” values:

After that, please try loading in a new sample data in the trigger.

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!

I’ve tried following your steps closely but had no luck with the data trigger. I’ve even tried creating a new form submission from the website but still same result.

I am also seeing this same behavior.

I have one zap that uses the older (1.11.1) webflow, and it appears to work. Trying to build a new one, but I cannot get it to load any form submissions during testing.

Also experiencing this. Can’t roll back to previous versions because we aren’t on a high enough plan. 
Could you allow us to roll back to previous working versions while this issue gets resolved?

Hi, hmm when replacing the old (1.11.1) trigger for the new trigger it can see the autorised websites and forms, but the isseu with ‘no summission found’ is still there… And it is very frustrating. Hope on a fix fast!

Same here^ Still seeing ‘no submission found’


I’m still having a problem with this too, even though several of these posts have the issue now marked as resolved. 

When I updated a Zap to the new Webflow app, I was getting no submissions found. I did all the suggested steps. Republished the Webflow site, reauthorized my webflow account in the Zap, cleared the site and the form and re-selected them…

 

Now I’m getting a dummy submission when I click to find new records, which is useless because it doesn’t have the same fields as my form, so I can’t use it to map. (Screengrab below - it has a name and email, but my form has First Name, Last Name, Email, and Zip code.)

 

What gives?

Why are webflow-related issues being marked as resolved?

Seems intentionally misleading.
Horrible support.

 

Can you please just roll back the API to the first version?

The new API just refuses to find any form submissions:

THE PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED. I can’t understand why Zapier is closing these cases and marking them as solved. We’re losing thousand of dollars each and every day because of this shitty update. It doesn’t work, doesn’t work. And AGAIN IT DOESN’T WORK!.. Smh, horrible customer service. This is ridiculous. Marking the case as “solved” and closing all threads when it’s STILL THERE.

Hope you don’t mind but I’ve split your replies out into this brand new topic as the issue for the author of the previous post had been resolved.

Sorry for any frustration or confusion caused by the closing of related Community threads. This is done in an effort to make it easier for folks to follow along with the discussions and statuses of issues in a single place. I did some checking and found there was another bug report open for an issue where test records were not loading which was closed yesterday after a further update to the trigger was implemented. So I’m hoping that will have fixed things for everyone here. 🤞

Can anyone here confirm whether new test records are now successfully being loaded?

Thanks for confirming that @AdamGA and @Dan_Cleary. I’ve just become aware of an incident that was opened earlier today for issues where the New Form Submission trigger is both failing to provide sample data and is not triggering. Sorry for not spotting that earlier!

We all missed the automation every day. A lot of us. It feels strange that such a critical feature is not available for the 3.5 million webflow users??? For so many days! This is a huge bug. And there is no work-around to set the old trigger back? This bug should have the highest priority, because a lot of automation and processing from many companies rely on it. MARK THIS AS URGENT PLEASE!

We’re also experiencing this. I have 4 form submissions this morning and I’ve tried to connecting to 3 other forms on our site (each with 50+ submissions) and Zapier doesn’t seem to be connecting to any of them.

Think I’ll move to Make.com
 

 


I’m experiencing the same exact issue. Is there an issue or incident page where we can see the latest status on this?  Looks like the page: https://status.zapier.com/incidents/38jtfvdn93pr redirects you to home page.

I just made the move to make.com, no point in trying with Zapier. They’ve lost it.

Apologies for the delay in a reply here and for any frustration caused by this issue. We know these issues must have had such a major impact on everyone’s workflows and are truly sorry about that. 

I’ve checked on this end and can see that after further investigation it was determined that the issue was due to a bug in the Webflow app integration so the incident was closed and removed. Bug reports were opened for both issues, and have since been marked as resolved. So it sounds like things should be working again! 🙂

That said, given the trouble there’s been after similar bugs for Webflow resurfacing recently I’d like to have get confirmation here that things are definitely working again for you all before closing this thread out:

  • Are new test records for form submissions now coming through to the Zap?
  • Is the New Form Submission trigger successfully triggering again?

Can someone here please check their Zaps and help answer those questions for me? Thanks! 🙏
