EVERY SINGLE Dropbox integration I have now has an error that says “Error while hydrating data from Dropbox: shared_link_already_exists/..

Zapier support - it’s a known bug, but we’ll let you know when we fix it.

Hi there, @Arsie 👋

I just came across this and it appears the bug report that Support added you to for these “shared_link_already_exists” errors was since closed! 🎉

It seems that these issue began after the Dropbox app was upgraded to use to Dropbox’s latest API, a necessary update that introduced stricter requirements and had some timing conflicts that led to these errors. Very sorry for any hassle caused by those changes. Things should be fully resolved now but if you still experience issues with these errors please do reach out in the Community or get in touch with Support. In the meantime, happy Zapping! ⚡

Hi @Arsie,

Welcome to the Community.

To troubleshoot issues with Dropbox integrations in Zapier, first check your Dropbox settings to ensure Zapier has the necessary permissions. Reconnect your Dropbox account in Zapier by refreshing the connection under "Connected Accounts." If the issue persists, consider using an alternative like Google Drive or OneDrive. Stay in touch with Zapier Support for updates on the fix.

Let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you
