Hello all,

I was hoping someone could help me.

I am trying to build a system that we use a google sheets page to track all out incoming deliveries.

I have it set to trigger when the purchase order number has been added. but is sees to be firing as people are entering there orders and it leads to miss fires of it sending to soon. i have tried to add a delay to see if that will help to allow it to gather all the inofmartion i full but that doesnt seem to be helping.

Many thank in advance.

Hi @Patlemon

Zap Trigger: GSheets - New or Updated Spreadsheet Row

Descriptions: Triggered when a new row is added AND when a new row is modified in a spreadsheet.

You’ll want to add a Filter as Step 2: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

Hi @Patlemon,

I just came across your post here and wanted to check in here to see how you’re getting on. Were you able to try Troy’s suggestion to use a filter step here?

Please do let us know if you’re still in need of some help on this at all - happy to assist further! 🙂

Hi @Patlemon
You can also add a trigger to a specific cell, ensuring that the cell is updated in the last. This way, once all the data in the row is complete and the final cell is updated, the Zap will be triggered, and all the data will be populated into the quotation accordingly."
