I am trying to push over any leads from Batch dialer in my Follow Up Boss account and it keeps hitting me with a: “Failed to create a deal in Follow Up Boss, Error from halted execution: Contact not found” Not sure what I am doing wrong. I input the contacts phone number in a field but its not working Any suggestions?

Does the phone number’s format exactly match how it appears in Follow Up Boss? If not that might be why it’s not finding a match.
In which case you could try using a Formatter action to automatically format numbers into the same format that’s used in Follow Up Boss - Modify number formats in Zaps
Alternatively, you might need to try adding a Find a Contact action to search for the contact by phone number, then in the Create Deal action select the contact’s Follow Up Boss ID instead.
If that doesn’t work, can you share a screenshot showing the current set up of Action section on the Create Deal action that’s erroring? We’re unable to access your Zaps so that’ll help us to better see if there’s any potential issues on the set up there that might be preventing it from finding the correct contact. Please remove/hide any private information (like names, emails, addresses etc.) from any screenshots before sharing.
