Airtable error: Cannot update more than one record for fields to merge on

This should be such a simple zap, but something is going very wrong! 

 

Trigger

• Google Sheet (new or updated spreadsheet row)

• Trigger column (A = 1.CLIENT)

 

Action

• Create or Update Record in Airtable

•  Lockup Field (1.CLIENT = A)

 

Failed to create record in Airtable "Cannot update more than one record for fields to merge on"

 

Can someone please assists? Thnak you
