Eventbrite error: The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.

Hello, I am trying to create my first Zap with the trigger being “New Order” from Eventbrite.

When I get to the Test step, I get the error message:

 

Unable to pull orders

Please reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact Support.

Error code: Error while retrieving: The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.

 

Reloading didn’t do anything and I can’t get a hold of anyone at support. The chat just directs me to the forums. Does anyone know what the issue might be?

Has there been a new order in Eventbrite since you configured the Zap trigger?
