Question

Error message: Invalid email format for the passed email:'info requested'.

Hello everyone,

I have a Zap app sending data from Eventbrite to FB. It was working fine when I published then stopped working 2 days after. Just check all the configurations but dont see anything wrong. 

Here is the error I got

“

Step 2. Send Purchase Event in Facebook Conversions

This Facebook Conversions step hit an error.

Error message: Invalid email format for the passed email:'info requested'.Please check the passed email format.

”

If anyone has encountered this issue please help, it would be my saver.

    For us to have context, we will need to see screenshots with how the steps are outlined and configured, along with the encountered error.

    The sent value for email was: Info Requested

    That is not a valid email address format.
