Downloading Table Records Removes Emojis

Hello. My table records contain emojis. When I download these table records, the emojis don't download into the CSV file that is created. For example, one of table records includes LIVE in Columbus 🔥 but the CVS file shows LIVE in Columbus üî•

 

What can be done to resolve this? Thanks.
