Apotheo sign-up form not triggering Mailchimp customer journey


Ive created a zap so when a new client completes their sign up form in Apotheo it adds/updates a subscriber in mailchimp, this part is working fine and tagging the new subscriber correctly,

 

The issue is that this isn't then triggering the customer journey in mailchimp, ive been through mailchimp and everything is working fine there

Make sure to test with unique email addresses.

 

Try turning your Zap ON and testing.

Check your Zap Runs to see the DATA IN/OUT for each Zap step to help you troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

 

You may need to adjust your Mailchimp Customer Journey trigger.

You may want to trigger the MC CJ when the Subscriber gets added to a Tag. (Welcome)

Via the Zap you are already adding the Welcome Tag.

To help us have more context, please post detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured along with how your Mailchimp Customer Journey is configured, especially for the trigger.

Ive taken the step out of the MC journey but its not passing through still

Thanks for circling back for an update here.

Before we dig deeper, have you tried reconnecting your Mailchimp account after changing your Mailchimp Journey? Additionally, could you confirm if there are any recent runs in your Zap History? Specifically, is the Zap triggering correctly without the subscriber being added to your Mailchimp app?
