Hi @katandmouse

Good question.

Try using a new/different private browser.

Don’t know how or why but went back later and it looked to be connected. Set up the google sheet to connect to. It could find it. All looked good. Ran a test. Said the row in the sheet was created. It was not. Tried 4 times. Never worked.

Then I tried installing the chrome app from the extension store. Now when I select the extension icon and choose create row in Google sheet as the action I want it to take, it links me over to a 404 page.

@katandmouse

We would need to see screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

@katandmouse

The Loom didn’t show anything related to Zaps, nor was there any sound.

Hi there @katandmouse,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

I looked at the loom.com video, and it seems like the Google Sheets step doesn’t have any data mapped on the fields that’s why it’s sending a blank data to your Google Sheets spreadsheet:

Could you please try mapping the data from the trigger to those fields on your Google Sheets step?

Please let me know if that works.
