Hello there. I’d like to use Zapier Integration using Kommo and Odoo but I’ve got issues at moment to connect Odoo with my Database. I receive this message “Odoo error: Authentication failed: Fault (code AccessDenied) occurred. Message: Access Denied”. How Can I fix it?. Is it constant when I want to log in or using Zapier with those softwares?.

About the Odoo CRM Integration
- Admin/owner permissions: Only works with instances that are hosted at odoo.com and will not work for self-hosted instances.
For self-hosted instances, use the OpenERP integration.
