Failed to create a send SMS in Twilio: The app returned "The 'To' number +97xxxxxxxx is not a valid phone number.

Failed to create a send sms in Twilio

The app returned "The 'To' number +97xxxxxxxx is not a valid phone number.".

 

So I am new to Zapier and Twilio. I am using their test account before I dive in and buy it. I am testing a zap that will send a message to a user who schedules a consult on our Kartra website. Zapier pulls this extraneous info from a calender and I dont quite understand where it is getting it from, but I see the number isnt a Verified Number. So I put mine in, making sure the country code is correct. No dice. Says the number isnt a valid number. Adding the country code in the number gives me an error that says: Failed to create a send sms in Twilio
The app returned "The 'From' number TLC Law Office is not a valid phone number, shortcode, or alphanumeric sender ID."

Ive tested the number and it sends messages both through Kartra and through Twilio. What is Zapier misreading here?

Please include a screenshot of the encountered error as well.

Is Alphanumeric SenderID enabled? https://support.twilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/223181348-Getting-Started-with-Alphanumeric-Sender-ID-for-Twilio-Programmable-SMS

Are you sending messages to countries that support Alphanumeric Sender ID (US does not)?

Note that some countries will require pre-registration as well: https://support.twilio.com/hc/en-us/articles/223133767-International-support-for-Alphanumeric-Sender-ID
