Google BigQuery error adding your new account: Get() returned more than one AppVersionLambdaFunction it returned 2!

Hi! I am getting any errors since yesterday thatZapier connection to BigQuery is not possible. While reconnection, I am getting this error. Any ideas, what should I do to fix this? there were no changes on my side, so I have a feeling this is Zapier bug...

I've just reviewed this with my team and we just raised an incident to tackle this bug. Our engineers are already working on getting this fixed and we will notify you once that's solved.
