Facebook Error: Status Code 400 Bad Request

From yesterday, One of my zap doesn’t work. 
I tried to fix this issue, so I changed Facebook ads instants form and test trigger, by the way it is not able to load lasted lead. 

I just tried to follow up your guideline, but I can’t solve this problem.

Using FB Lead Ads in Zaps can be challenging because there are many factors involved as indicated in the help articles: https://zapier.com/apps/facebook-lead-ads/help
