Error: Failed to create a media in Instagram for business, could not upload media file.

Does anyone know which file type this Zap supports?

I am trying to autopublish and photo that is added to a Google folder to be uploaded to an IG page.

Any ideas?

@chanelle, Thank you! Great idea. I switched to downloading the file via Web hooks and then publishing it to Instagram. That works like a charm. :)

Hi,

nice idea...this changes the error message to:

 

Failed to create a media in Instagram for Business

Could not publish media file. Unsupported post request. Object with ID

Hey there @Dan98171, you may have already given this a try, but I’m wondering if you’ve checked your permissions on the folder. My next thought is, are you pulling from a folder within a folder?
