HubSpot error: Failed to create a ticket in HubSpot, status code 400 bad request

Hi, 

I’m working on a Zap to create a new ticket in hubspot, but the set up action don’t appear and i cannot do my zap, It happens to someone else? We have some solutions?

@MohSwellam was spot on in that it sounds like it could be related to permissions. Here’s access to the HubSpot API docs and how to update your permissions.

If you’re looking to create a ticket it sounds like you may need access to this scope:

From the error message I see that you haven't granted Zapier the necessary permissions in Hubspot. Check your API Key there and that it is set to the correct permissions.
