Yesterday, the time stamps on consent list were delayed only for certain customers.
There was an action at 14:45, but it was reflected in the list after 20:00 on the same day.
And the clicked time was reflected.
What are the possible causes for this issue?
Other customers also left a timestamp on the same list, but was reflected successfully.

I didn't understand this mechanism well and couldn't explain it enough.
I created a Google spreadsheet and waited for the timestamp to reflect on that sheet.
The stamps of other members were reflected immediately, but the reflection of only some of them was delayed.
