How to avoid in Pipedrive regular users change data in default or custom fields?

Lately we have been having a problem with regular users in Pipedrive which they started to modify certain fields for different reasons.

We are looking for a solution in order to avoid the regular users make changes into this fields:

  • Company name
  • Ownership
  • And whatever other custom field

 

How can I do that using ZAPIER? Maybe a solution could be identify a change in a field and then move back with automation to the previous data so in this case they will be able to change it but the field will keep their original data always in the next second.

 

Any good ideas to deal with this?

Check your Pipedrive Settings > Manager Users for Permissions Sets and Visibility Groups.

Check your Pipedrive Settings > Manager Users for Permissions Sets and Visibility Groups.

Hi @Troy Tessalone , I was looking for an option using ZAPIER. Pipedrive indeed provide some permissons to do something similar but still Company name, Ownership and custom fields are not part of it.

 

Any good option to do it with ZAPIER?
