Hi there, pretty new to Zapier and have created a few simple zapps, but want to create a more complex one and not sure if it's possible. I want to import all sales transactions for the day from square to a google sheet once a day instead of when a transaction occurs. If I did a zap for every transaction it wouldn't've be worth it since we have about a thousand transactions a day.

If you want to do this with Zapier, it does not matter if you do it on every transaction or once a day. It will use the same amount of tasks. This can also be done with a quick RPA automation, which keeps the cost lower.

I like to use Robocorp. They also have their no-code tool called Automation Studio that helps alot. It utilizes Robot Framework which is python based language. You can also use native Python to write the automations. Have a check and see!
