Quickbooks Webhook to Zapier - Authentification

Is there any “For Dummies” instructions on how to setup Quickbooks to send Webhooks to Zapier?

From the Intuit Dev website, there a lot about about having to fill out info about your app for Production, but I want to just send the webhook to Zapier. So not sure what minimum needs to happen to get Quickbooks to send an Update Invoice message so Zapier can do stuff.
