First I am new to Zapier so bear with me :) So I was able to get the zap working that when someone booked a spot on Calendly, it created a scheduled recording in SquadCast. But for my podcast I often have more than one guest. When multiple guests sign up for the same time slot, then SquadCast creates a separate recording session for each one which doesn’t work. I looked at the zaps available, but wanted to make sure there isn’t something I am missing.
Workaround right now would be to add them to the other scheduled recording on Squadcast manually as they come in and then send out emails. Before I add that to my workflow wanted to check for possible other options if there are any. Thanks!
